Try not turning on your phone / computer for the 1st hour you are up.
Fill your tank for your road trip of your day.
Take time for you, for you give so much.

Sip your coffee, breathe, take in your world. 

Ahh, feels so nice. 

Try turning your phone off 1-2 hours before bed.

Replenish YOU, after the long road trip of your day.
Nurture yourself. Read a nice book, journal, breathe. 

You will feel calm and serene to enter a peaceful night’s slumber. Ahhh. 

When not in use, or “needed”, try giving your phone a “home“ to rest, away from you. 

When you take it away from your reach vicinity, you will find what a sense of peace and FREEDOM you have of not being beholden to it.
And how present you are in the things you are doing.
Take in the movie, be present with it.
Talk to a friend on the phone with full presence. 

Really enjoy that delicious meal you have before you. 

You will find such joy in these beautiful life creations of pure goodness!
