Breathwork is a
Powerful Meditation Modality.
It is active meditation, so it is perfect for meditators and non meditators who have trouble quieting the mind.
By engaging with the breath, it gives you something active to focus on.
This modality is based in Pranayama Yoga. Prana = Breath.
It is a 2 part breath, all through the Mouth. Breathing through the mouth gets you away from the mind and that chatter in your brain, and gets you connected to your body, and to your true self.
Breathwork releases stuck energy,

You leave feeling calm & balanced, exhilarated & even euphoric at the same time.
